Strong Girls, Strong Voices: A Social Skills & Confidence Group
This weekly group will assist children between the ages of 7-9 years old in learning skills needed to successfully navigate their social environment. By using board games and other play-based activities, children will learn cooperation, effective communication, emotion regulation, problem-solving, patience, and turn-taking. These interactive and engaging methods will help them practice and reinforce these important social skills in a fun and supportive environment. The program focuses on social-emotional development and general social skills. It consists of six one-hour group sessions and includes one optional parent check-in session. This program is not covered by insurance. Payment must be completed in full before the group begins, and all fees are non-refundable regardless of attendance. • The total cost is $180. • The group is led by Jenna McDonough
